Subdivision and refurbishment of the former Asda unit, providing four new retail shells, one of which was also extended for new tenant, Aldi.
This was a live site with the existing Telford Shopping Centre continuing to trade throughout the works.
We also concurrently delivered the £22.5m Telford Fashion Quarter scheme.
