A new parcel distribution facility at East Midlands Airport.
New parcel facility; a standalone two-storey building for administration and a 500 space car park adjacent to East Midlands Airport.
The parcel distribution facility comprised of a main hub building with a mezzanine to house the conveyor systems for parcel sortation.
The hub building also included a security entrance, offices, and welfare facilities.
A separate two-storey standalone office building is for administration functions.
Works on the 28 acre site also comprised services, delivery and collection yards and landscaping.
