Parklife Putney office space overlooking Wandsworth Park.
Located in the riverside neighbourhood of Putney in South West London. Part refurbishment and part new build of a 70,000 sqft office unit with basement located at 116 Putney Bridge Road, Putney.
Construction works involved demolition work in preparation for the rooftop extension, structural alterations, attenuation, piling, as well as structural enhancement works to the basement.
Additionally, works included improvements to facilitate the new layouts, followed by the refurbishment of the existing offices including fit-out works to the new extension.
As part of our works, we also undertook external works including the provision of a central landscaped courtyard at the heart of the building.
The building, constructed in 1990, was vacant upon the commencement of our works.
The city centre location is situated on a prominent corner plot and is significantly constrained by occupied buildings surrounding the site. We engaged early with key stakeholders and agreed on a monitoring strategy.
