
M&S and M&S Simply Food stores across the UK and Ireland
We have also been awarded a place on the Framework Agreement for Marks & Spencer Simply Food Programme. As part of the 2016 – 2018 framework, the fit-out of the Simply Food stores has been completed in Sittingbourne, Northallerton, and Chichester.
As part of the 2014 – 2016 Simply Food Framework, McLaughlin & Harvey fitted-out stores in Weston-Lock Bath, Cannock, Matlock, Penrith, Stockton Heath, White City Stretford, Chesser Avenue Edinburgh, St Andrews, Wheatley Doncaster, Knaresborough, Bognor Regis, Victoria Park Nottingham, Malone, and Berkhamsted.
Projects included:
- Design & build fit-out of a new 51,000 sq ft two-storey developer’s shell in Biggleswade
- Fit-out of a new 140,000 sq ft two-storey shell in Longbridge. The store also includes a nail and brow bar within the beauty department, a customer café with balcony seating, a Bureau de Change, a food hall with deli, and home and clothing departments
- Fit-out of a new two-storey 80,000 sq ft shell in Glasgow Fort. The store includes a customer café, Bureau de Change, food hall with bakery, and beauty, home and clothing departments
- Fast-track fit-out of a new shell within a fully operational park in Wolstanton
- Simply Food fit-out of a 10,000 sq ft developer’s shell. The store includes an in-store bakery and a fifty-seat M&S café in Berkhamsted
- Fast-track fit-out over two floors of a 130,000 sqft shell within the live Vangarde Retail Park in Monks Cross, York
- Fit-out of a new shell unit within a busy retail park in Clonmel. Providing general merchandising, food, café, and staff accommodation areas
- Simply Food fit-out of a 14,500 sq ft shell unit within a busy operational retail park to provide a Simply Food store and café in Cookstown
- Design & build of a 16,000 sq ft Simply Food store within a busy retail park, including complete fit-out at Boucher Road, Belfast
- Construction of a 61,000 sq ft developer’s shell in Newtownabbey. Works also included associated site works along with internal fit-out of two floors to provide retail areas, a café, staff administration areas and stockrooms
