Major phased redevelopment of existing school including construction of new 107,639sqft classroom block, and sports hall with synthetic / all weather pitches and tennis courts, as well as the refurbishment of 17,222sqft existing facilities to provide a modern post-primary school for seven hundred and seventy pupils.
Facilities include general teaching classrooms, practical classrooms including science, art, HE, drama, music, technology and IT suites, a main assembly hall, library, fitness suite, sports hall, kitchen, and dining facilities.
This was an occupied school campus, and we delivered a three phased strategy to allow for early client possession of completed phases. We undertook works in seventeen sections to allow the school to continue teaching.
