Fit-out of a new 140,000sqft two-storey shell to include a nail and brow bar within the beauty department, a customer café with balcony seating, a Bureau de Change, food hall with deli, and home and clothing departments.

Our specialist joinery workshop designed, manufactured and installed internal joinery items such as doors and frames.

The new store, which has been labelled by M&S as an ‘opinion forming store’, is the largest in the Midlands area and is located within an existing live retail park.

The site undertook various activities, led by our CCS Ambassador, to impact positively on the area and the surrounding community. Activities included site visits for local students from Bourneville College, as well as occupational health initiatives including a bowel cancer awareness event, healthy eating campaigns, promotion of local walking routes, and a ‘Get on Board’ occupational health roadshow for site operatives.
