McLaughlin & Harvey has been awarded a place on the SCAPE National Construction Framework for projects in Scotland from £7.5m+. The framework is designed to offer a better way to build and refurbish the public estate, and achieve market-leading performance in sustainability, whole life performance and social value.
McLaughlin & Harvey has been appointed to the SCAPE National Construction Framework for projects in Northern Ireland from £7.5m to £75m. The framework has been carefully designed to enable clients to benefit from industry transformation, with consideration towards digital construction, platform design and modern methods of construction.
McLaughlin & Harvey has been named as a Framework Supplier for 3 lots of Pagabo’s new £1.56bn national civils and infrastructure framework. They are Lot 2 (£5m-£15m), Lot 3 (£15m-£30m) and Lot 4 (£30m+) The framework will run for four years until May 2026 and will allow local authorities and public sector bodies across the UK to procure a range of projects within rail, nuclear, bridges, roads, maritime, telecommunications, water, and green energy/power sectors.
McLaughlin & Harvey has been awarded a place on Frameworks Scotland 3; a framework managed by Health Facilities Scotland, a service under NHS National Services Scotland. The framework simplifies the procurement processes for new build, refurbishment and backlog maintenance projects in the Scottish health and social care sector. As a Principal Supply Chain Partner (PSCP) we act as a ‘one stop shop’ solution provider, carrying out a diverse range of design, planning and construction via our integrated supply chain.
McLaughlin & Harvey has been successful in securing a place on both national lots, £15m - £35m and £35m+, of the recently announced NHS Shared Business Services Construction Works Framework. The Framework will cover all types of building and construction works including, but not limited to new builds, refurbishments and associated mechanical, electrical, civil engineering and services works.
McLaughlin & Harvey has been named as a supplier on five lots of the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) Framework Construction Works & Associated Services. They are lots 2, 3 and 4 (general construction lots covering project values from £3m-£10m, £10m-£30m, £30m-£80m respectively), lot 8 (maritime), and lot 9 (aviation). The national framework will deliver a wide range of major and minor building, and civil engineering projects for central government and the wider public sector.
Projects include Material Research Facility, Bangholm Outdoor Centre, and Darroch House Refurbishment.
McLaughlin & Harvey has been named as a Supplier Alliance Member on Crown Commercial Service’s Construction Works and Associated Services 2 (CWAS2) / ProCure23 Framework. Our appointment onto CWAS 2 Lot 4 (Airfields) extends our existing CCS engagements, with the additional awards within Procure 23 Lot 1 (£0m-£20m: London & South-East) and Lot 2 (£20m-£70M: National), further enhancing our already extensive Public Sector Framework coverage.
McLaughlin & Harvey has been awarded a place on the following Lots of the newly established Procure Partnerships Framework: Lot 2 North East £12m+; Lot 8 West Midlands £12m+; Lot 11 London £4m to £12m; Lot 12 London £12m+; Lot 13 South East £4m to £12m; Lot 14 South East £12m+; Lot 16 South West £12m+. The Framework enables public sector bodies to procure contractor partners though either a single or two-stage approach, as well as support the values of local delivery with national governance.
McLaughlin & Harvey has been awarded a place on Translink’s FW064 Major Builders Framework. The framework provides construction works to support the delivery of the Property and Infrastructure Division programme of capital and maintenance works for Translink projects in excess of £1.5m. Projects to be undertaken include new build, design and build or refurbishment schemes.
McLaughlin & Harvey has been awarded a place on a number of lots on the London Construction Programme (LCP) Major Works Framework.
These include lot 2.2 Pan London £5m-£10m; lot 2.3 Pan London £10m-£20m; lot 2.4 Pan London £20m+ of the education and leisure category and Lot 5.1 Pan London £1m+ of the highways and public realm category.
The 5-year framework is procured and governed by the London Borough of Haringey but is open to all public sector organisations in London and the home counties for construction projects ranging from £1m to over £20m.

This framework covers the full range of civil engineering projects across the network with a mix of repair/refurbishment and capital works improvement schemes up to a project value of £5m. Typical schemes include bridge strengthening/replacement and park and ride facilities. McLaughlin & Harvey are one of five contractors on the framework with contracts awarded through a mini-bidding process. Projects delivered include the Bridge Refurbishment Programme, Glynn River Bridge Replacement, XL70 Level Crossing and Castlerock Tunnel Investigation.
McLaughlin & Harvey is supporting the Royal National Lifeboat Institution (RNLI) in delivering projects of various values across Ireland, Scotland, North West England and Wales. The projects involve the construction and refurbishment of marine facilities including pontoons, jetties and slipways in addition to the construction and refurbishment of boathouses and associated facilities.
London North West minor structures works. McLaughlin & Harvey are one of 23 contractors on the London North West minor civils works frameworks to deliver bridge repair / replacement projects. Each project to a max value of £500k is released onto the framework and tendered by 4 to 5 contractors.
McLaughlin & Harvey has been awarded a place on the following lots of Pagabo’s Major Works Framework: Region 7 Northern Ireland Lot 2 (£15m-£30m) and Lot 3 (£30m+). The six-year framework will become active from 19 April 2020 and is open to all public and private sector organisations.
McLaughlin & Harvey has been awarded a place on the Framework Agreement for Marks & Spencer Simply Food Programme. Fit-out of the Simply Food stores has been successfully completed in Sittingbourne, Northallerton and Chichester as part of the 2016 - 2018 framework. As part of the 2014 – 2016 Simply Food Framework, McLaughlin & Harvey fitted-out stores in Weston-Lock Bath, Cannock, Matlock, Penrith, Stockton Heath, White City Stretford, Chesser Avenue Edinburgh, St Andrews, Wheatley Doncaster, Knaresborough, Bognor Regis, Victoria Park Nottingham, Malone, and Berkhamsted.
M&S Simply Food, BerkhamstedMcLaughlin & Harvey is a partnering contractor for Sainsbury’s and is an active participant in their store development programme. The programme includes new build stores, major extensions and the delivery of Sainsbury’s convenience outlets across the United Kingdom. Since 2009 we have completed in excess of 100 projects for the retailer.
This framework is managed by Sunderland City Council on behalf of NEPO, a purchasing body of 12 local authorities in the north east of England. All projects released onto the framework are mini-bid across the relevant lots which have 4 to 5 contractors per lot.
