Civils and Infrastructure Framework

We are a Framework Supplier for three lots of Pagabo’s £1.56bn national Civil Engineering & Infrastructure Framework.

The framework will run for four years until May 2026. Allowing local authorities and public sector bodies across the UK to procure a range of projects within rail, nuclear, bridges, roads, maritime, telecommunications, water, and green energy / power sectors.

We are one of the core suppliers appointed for Lot 2 (£5m-£15m), Lot 3 (£15m-£30m), and Lot 4 (£30m+). Covering Scotland, the North of England, the Midlands, South West England, London and South East England, and Northern Ireland.

Major Construction Works Framework

Making flagship building projects happen.

McLaughlin & Harvey is also a Framework Supplier for Pagabo’s £10 billion, six year Major Works Framework as part of Region 7 Northern Ireland Lot 2 (£15m-£30m) and Lot 3 (£30m+).

The framework, which will run until April 2026, which is open to all public and private sector organisations.

Healthcare Decarbonisation Framework

We are a Framework Supplier on Lot 3 (£5m – £15m) for the East Midlands, West Midlands, London, South East and in Lot 4 (£15m+) for the East Midlands, West Midlands, London, South East and South West.

Typical projects through the framework may include the installation of specialist heating, cooling and ventilation systems, installing renewable energy sources, fabric upgrades, installing energy-saving lighting or the replacement of inefficient glazing.
