Redeveloped as a new service base for the offshore renewables industry.

The site was originally established to service North Sea Oil rigs in the 1970s.

This involved a major extension of the facility through land reclamation alongside the existing operational facility.

Design & build phase 3 redevelopment of the site for use as a modern functioning marine service base.

Works included the construction of a 160m long combi-piled anchor wall quay, reclamation of 40,000m2 of land through dredged material from our neighbouring and simultaneous project Nigg South Quay Development, and 550m of rock armour revetment.
