The properties will be a mix of one, two and three-bedroom apartments with 98 homes available to buy through shared ownership and nine for social rent.
Works include a combination of demolition, refurbishment, and new-build construction.
The site is an extremely restricted site, surrounded by residential and commercial neighbours. The management of neighbourly matters is extremely important and we have appointed a Site Liaison Officer to lead all communications and neighbour engagement, in conjunction with the Client.
