Construction of a mixed-use new build which will provide library, community facilities, nursery, flats and retail units across two sites opposite each other on Northcote Road, London.
Phase 1 works include the demolition of Chatham Hall, refuse store and drying area, as well as the construction of the new library, community centre, nursery and residential building.
Phase 2 works involve the demolition of the existing library, and the construction of the new retail and residential building on the old library site.
This project is being delivered as part of the London Construction Programme (LCP) Major Works Framework.
