The first phase of one of Scotland’s biggest construction projects located on the banks of the River Clyde.
As part of the flagship headquarters for Barclays, works included the construction of Building 1, Building 2, as well as associated infrastructure works and public realm.
Building 1 consisted of a 115,000sqft seven-storey office development. The ground floor incorporates a gym, restaurant, assembly space and space for retail / commercial use. Additionally, the basement houses forty-four car parking spaces, including three EV charging spaces.
Building 2 provides a 205,000sqft ten-storey office development, including fifty-seven basement parking spaces, a mix of ancillary support, and amenity spaces at ground floor.
