Client collaboration recognised with Building Awards nomination

Date Posted 06.08.26

McLaughlin & Harvey’s entry for Breakthrough Property has been shortlisted in the Construction Client of the Year category at the Building Awards 2026.

This nomination recognises the collaboration between the two organisations on the delivery of pioneering life sciences facilities.

The Construction Client of the Year category highlights clients who demonstrate an outstanding approach to construction delivery, and excel in areas including supply chain collaboration, sustainability, and successful project delivery on time and within budget.

McLaughlin & Harvey has worked with Breakthrough Properties to deliver Trinity by Breakthrough, Oxford and Vitrum by Breakthrough, Cambridge. These projects set new benchmarks in the sector, demonstrating how a bold vision and supply chain collaboration can lead to exceptional outcomes.

It’s fantastic to have our partnership with Breakthrough Properties recognised in the shortlist for the Building Awards 2026. The nomination is acknowledgement of the close collaboration required for successful construction projects.”
