A new purpose-built four-storey city centre campus with state-of-the-art training facilities and learning resources for young people and adults in the city of Wolverhampton and the wider region

The City Learning Quarter was developed by the City of Wolverhampton Council, in partnership with the City of Wolverhampton College, to deliver a purpose-built learning facility for young people and adults at the heart of the city centre, to drive up skill levels.

The new educational facilities are home for City of Wolverhampton College, Adult Education Wolverhampton and Central Library.

Construction works included essential works to the existing City of Wolverhampton College’s Metro One building, external works, minor demolitions, remodelling, and refurbishment to the Library and the Adult Education Centre, as well as new build extensions to the Metro One College building.

The project was delivered under the Crown Commercial Service Framework Lot 4.1.
