Platinum Accreditation with The 5% Club

Date Posted 05.11.25

We are proud to announce that we have been awarded Platinum accredited membership by The 5% Club for the 2025/2026 year, recognising our continued commitment to developing our workforce through ‘earn and learn’ programmes.

These initiatives, which include apprenticeships, graduate schemes, and sponsored student placements, enable employees to combine practical experience with formal study, gaining the knowledge and skills required to pursue successful careers.

Achieving Platinum status reflects our belief that investment in people is the key to our long-term success. Through hands-on learning programmes, the company creates clear pathways for professional growth, equipping teams with the confidence and expertise they need to thrive.

We have supported The 5% Club for a number of years, as we believe investing in talent development creates a sustainable pipeline of skilled and motivated employees.

Our earn and learn employees currently make up 10% of our workforce. The initiative promotes diversity and inclusion in the workplace, addresses the skills gap and demonstrates our commitment to social responsibility and investing in long-term success and sustainability.
