Due to continued growth in the region, and the expansion of the team, the McLaughlin & Harvey Birmingham office is moving to larger premises.
The new office is located at: Northspring, 31 Temple Street, B2 5DB.
Northspring | Temple St has recently been awarded an EPC-A rating, making it one of the most efficient buildings in Birmingham. Sustainability is important to Northspring with a number of initiatives in place, including the Northspring bike for occupiers to use free of charge, EV charging bays and wellness amenities.
The team will transition into the new office throughout November.

McLaughlin & Harvey is committed to growing its presence in central England. We already have several projects on the ground for blue-chip clients and a strong pipeline of potential work. Relocating to larger office premises in Birmingham allows us to scale up our team in the region. Northspring offers modern and professional office space with the flexibility needed for our future ambitions. Once we’d viewed the facilities and amenities it was a relatively easy decision, especially as we knew that the environment was reflective of our business and would help attract new talent. The gym is already proving very popular with staff and we expect that the cinema room will be used extensively.
