Our professional apprenticeship programme is a combination of working and gaining experience with us in your specialist area, while also
undertaking your university degree. Best of all, you will also earn a competitive salary.
Joining our professional apprenticeship is easy. All we require is that you are over 16 years of age, have a real passion for construction and engineering and have achieved the university entry requirements.
EngLAND
Degree Level Apprenticeship Overview
Study towards an honours degree at a university across England for up to five years.
Entry requirements will include a minimum of five GCSE qualifications or equivalent.
You will enter into a tripartite agreement with the university and have an assigned mentor from McLaughlin & Harvey to support on your learning journey.
As part of your qualification, you will be expected to complete an End Point Assessment (EPA) providing your chartership to the relevant professional body.
SCOTLAND
Graduate Apprenticeship Overview
Study towards an honours degree at a university within Scotland for up to four years.
Entry requirements will include a minimum of four SQA higher qualifications or equivalent.
You will be assigned a mentor from McLaughlin & Harvey to support on your learning journey.
NORTHERN IRELAND
Higher Level Apprenticeship Overview
Study towards an honours degree at a university within Northern Ireland for up to five years.
Entry requirements will include a minimum of three A Level qualifications or equivalent.
You will enter into a tripartite agreement with the university and have an assigned mentor from McLaughlin & Harvey to support on your learning journey.
