Design & build
Construction and CAT-A fit-out of a 5-storey building offering over 165,000 square feet of flexible laboratory, office and amenity space. The building is designed to be 70% lab enabled and 30% office space.
Designed by renowned architects Henning Larsen, the building is targeting BREEAM Outstanding with a minimum of Excellent.
