What Is the
ProCure23 Framework?
ProCure23 (P23) is the procurement framework developed by NHS England in partnership with the Crown Commercial Service (CCS).
This framework offers NHS trusts a fast-track route to procure design and construction services across England.
P23 operates as part of the wider Construction Works and Associated Services 2 (CWAS2) agreement, and framework contractors are divided according to both value and geographical based lots.
McLaughlin & Harvey is an approved contractor on the P23 framework across three lots which include:
- Lot 1.5: Healthcare Solution Provider <£20M – London
- Lot 1.6: Healthcare Solution Provider <£20M – South East
- Lot 2: Healthcare Solution Provider £20M – £70M – England
How it works
The ProCure23 framework offers NHS trusts simplified access to highly experienced healthcare contractors which embed UK healthcare regulations into all projects.
