Refurbishment and extension of 105 Judd Street

105 Judd Street is a prestigious office building located in the heart of Bloomsbury and the Knowledge Quarter in London. As part of the Knowledge Quarter, a cluster of over 100 cultural, research and scientific business and academic institutions, this refurbishment and extension will provide much-needed space for a life-science user.

Once complete, the project for Native Land will help meet the growing demand for flexible, adaptable laboratory and office space from life sciences and technology businesses. Its ‘lab-enabled’ specification allows easy conversion of office floors to lab floors.

Main works include the refurbishment of the existing office block, the introduction of two new floors, lifts, MEP, envelope and finishes, delivered to CAT-A for a lab-enabled workspace (life sciences and technology sector).

The project aims for a BREEAM Outstanding rating and will run entirely on electricity.
