New mixed-use scheme on Northcote Road, London.
Providing a library, community facilities, a nursery, flats, and retail units across two sides of the road.
Phase 1 works included the demolition of Chatham Hall, refuse store and drying area, as well as the construction of the new library, community centre, nursery, and residential building.
Phase 2 works involved the demolition of the existing library and the construction of the new retail and residential building on the old library site.
This project is being delivered as part of the London Construction Programme (LCP) Major Works Framework.
