Strathearn School, Belfast

Major phased redevelopment of existing school including construction of new 107,639sqft classroom block, and sports hall with synthetic / all weather pitches and tennis courts, as well as the refurbishment of 17,222sqft existing facilities to provide a modern post-primary school for 770 pupils.

Facilities include general teaching classrooms, practical classrooms including science, art, HE, drama, music, technology and IT suites, a main assembly hall, library, fitness suite, sports hall, kitchen and dining facilities.

Our Frameworks division designed, supplied and installed Technal curtain walling, windows and doors.

This was an occupied school campus and we delivered a 3-phased strategy to allow for early Client possession of completed phases. We undertook works in 17 sections to allow the school to continue teaching.

“The communication has been first rate, and that’s what we have really appreciated. Nothing seems too much trouble for them.”
David Manning, Strathearn School Principal.
