Mezzanine extension to the front elevation and a back wall push to the existing store.

The retail unit continued to trade with the exception of a one week store closure to allow for remerchandising and final fit-out works.

The new facilities include a new customer café, customer toilets, cash office, ATMS and additional retail space.

The project won the prestigious ‘Most Considerate Site Runner Up’ award from the Considerate Constructors Scheme (CCS).
