Fit-out of a new 140,000sqft 2-storey shell, to include a Nail & Brow Bar within the beauty department, a customer café with balcony seating, a Bureau de Change, food hall with deli, and home and clothing departments. The new store, which has been labelled by M&S as an ‘Opinion Forming Store’, is the largest in the Midlands area and is located within an existing live retail park.
