Construction of an effluent treatment facility to treat waste distillery products and convert them to methane. The methane is then burned producing electricity which can be relayed into the National Grid. The processed material is also inert allowing release into the drainage system. The application of this innovative renewable energy technology was a first for Scotland and is fully approved by SEPA.
