Construction and fit-out of a new build port facility on an existing reclaimed 32-acre brownfield site within Belfast Harbour.
Works included new HSS & Ro-Ro berths, as well as a new 43,056sqft three-storey terminal building and associated satellite buildings.
Belfast Harbour is an extremely busy and operational port with 1.3million ferry passengers, and is also Northern Irelands leading dry bulk port for imports of grain and animal feeds, coal, fertiliser and cement and exports of scrap metals and aggregates.
