A new three storey research, teaching and innovation building on the Edinburgh BioQuarter campus will co-locate The University of Edinburgh’s Usher Institute with a community of partners from the public, private and third sectors - including small and medium-sized enterprises and health and care providers - working on the shared purpose of transforming health in society working with people, populations and data.

The floor space will be predominantly academic workspace, providing a mixture of public and private spaces. Including flexible event space/learning studios suitable for accommodating teaching or hosting academic conferences.

Works include fit-out to an enhanced Cat A.
