University of Edinburgh The King’s Buildings Nucleus

The Nucleus is a new learning and teaching facility being built in the heart of the King’s Buildings Campus.

The four storey Nucleus building will create a vibrant, purpose-built hub with space for teaching, learning, studying and social activity. It will contain contemporary lecture theatres, teaching laboratories, study spaces, student services, catering outlets and a shop. It will bring together many aspects of Campus life under one roof with direct links to the Noreen and Kenneth Murray Library and King’s Buildings House.

This project is being delivered as part of Scape Group National Construction Major Works - UK framework. Scape is a public-sector organisation, dedicated to creating ongoing efficiency and social value via the built environment.
