Internal and external refurbishment of a Grade A Listed building in Belfast City Centre.

Works included a new natural slate and lead roof, new sky-light, re-vamped second floor toilet accommodation, replacement windows including stained glass, new matching timber doors and carpentry, fit-out of two kitchens, and installation of a new five-storey glass sided lift.

Our specialist joinery workshop replaced damaged screens, panelling, hand rails, doors and bespoke furniture in keeping with the character of this listed building.

All works were carried out within a live building.
