Construction and fit-out of a new 10,290sqft two-storey steel frame classroom extension, 2,745sqft new-build timber framed, single-storey nursery building, and the refurbishment of existing school reception and toilets.
The new extension created eight new classrooms, activity spaces, toilet facilities, a care facility, and associated passenger lift and circulation space.
The new nursery comprised one classroom, one parent’s room, kitchen, toilet facilities, and associated storage and circulation space.
Works were carried out within a live school environment.
