Redevelopment of the southern side of the Telford Shopping Centre, involving both the extension and refurbishment of New Row and New Street within the existing centre.
Works included the demolition of the old bus station and the extension of the centre into this space. The extension saw the creation of both single and double-story retail units for tenants to occupy.
In addition to new retail space, this scheme saw the creation of a new main entrance to the centre, and improved circulation via a new link mall created through existing retail space.
This is a live site with the existing Telford Shopping Centre continuing to trade throughout the works.
