The Sainsbury’s store includes extensive shopfront glazing and brickwork to tie in with the local vernacular, and the retail terrace features timber cladding.
Inside, the Sainsbury’s store is a café, Argos concession and a Sainsbury’s clothing department.
The scheme also includes a four hundred and sixty-three space car park.
Community EngagementMeet the Buyer
We held a very successful Meet the Buyer day in Liverpool. The purpose of the event was to reach as many local businesses with an interest in the construction industry as possible, and in particular SMEs. We were supported on the day by Liverpool in Work. Liverpool in Work is part of Liverpool City Council’s Regeneration Team; their aim is to support businesses to recruit a local workforce and to assist local residents to secure employment.
