Feature of ProjectConstrained Site

This was a constrained, city-centre site off Jubilee Road, located on the occupied Queen’s University Belfast Health Sciences Campus and adjacent to the City Hospital, a nine hundred-bed modern university teaching hospital providing local acute services and key regional specialties. Our site was also in the immediate vicinity of offices and residential properties. In addition, another contractor was working on a neighbouring café in the MBC building. We worked with the client to develop and implement a traffic management plan with various measures taken to minimise disruption to surrounding stakeholders.
