Demolition of an existing fire damaged building while deploying a façade retention system on an existing Victorian Building in Belfast City Centre.
A four-storey building was then constructed behind the façade incorporating 30,000sqft of retail units and offices with associated plant rooms and lifts.
Our specialist joinery workshop supplied and fitted new sliding sash windows to all elevations.
