Design & build of a 282,000sqft distribution warehouse divided into three separate sections.
The project was completed in a secure dock side environment with external surfacing completed for heavy duty port use along with associated lighting and drainage.
The warehouse has 3m high retaining walls to the perimeter for bulk storage potential.
The bulk storage option required all electrical equipment to comply with the DSEAR regulations. External surfacing for heavy duty port use along with associated lighting, drainage and new HV supply.
Works consisted of over 5,500 piles, 11,000m3 of concrete and 1.35km of precast concrete walls.
