CAT A office refurbishment of a 1900's building in central London, adjacent to a conservation area.
Design & build works comprise demolition of existing cores, a single-storey upward extension and refurbishment of basement, ground and six upper floors.
This is an extremely constrained and logistically challenging site, with retail units within the ground floor and basement remaining operational throughout the works. There is a party wall to the North, Pocket Park with protected trees to the South, Network Rail yard to the East and New Bridge Street (red line route) to the West.
This project is being delivered as part of the City of London Major Construction Works.
