Construction of retail units including a 16,000sqft unit for M&S Simply Food, 2,000sqft unit Costa Coffee, and 1,000sqft unit for Dominos, together with associated car parking and service yard.
The building is a modern pavilion design finished in a mix of terracotta cladding, curtain walling, metallic panels and timber louvers.
The main food store also contains a non-trading mezzanine floor over approximately half the store and a café.
Works also included the fit-out of M&S, including refrigeration, goods lifts, scissor lift install, new specification signage, bakery install, and new staff accommodation.
