Design and construction of a 200,000sqft warehouse extension, as well as a further 5,500sqft office and ancillary accommodation space.
Works also included forming the connection with the existing facility, associated drainage and external works along with significant earthworks, and the reprofiling of an adjacent area of the site to provide replacement flood water storage where displaced by the new building footprint.
Works abutted and connected to an existing warehouse with a production site in full use by Michelin whilst the construction works were being completed.
Operation of the factory and existing warehouse was maintained at all times.
