Refurbishment of Highlander House in Glasgow city centre included the reconfiguration of eight levels of office accommodation to provide 40,000sqft high-spec Category A space including enhanced and enlarged reception area.
The project also involved a full replacement of M&E services, the creation of shower and changing facilities, and the remodeling of the reception area.
Externally, the existing roof was overlaid, a lightweight stone system overclad the lower levels and a new roof terrace was created at the second floor level.
