Approximately 58,125sqft new bottling hall extension designed to accommodate a 72,000 litre bottling line with associated pallet storage, a loading / marshalling area, staff offices and ancillary facilities, and a conveyer line extension extending the length of the south elevation.
A new circulation bridge incorporates a lift and stairs and links the existing production spaces to the new first floor staff accommodation.
Additional external works included the extension of the site access road, a new service yard, external plant space, additional parking spaces, soft landscaping, and a SUDS pond.
Feature of ProjectContamination
We understood the importance of risk mitigation of contamination to production areas. To maintain hygiene standards in the factory during construction, effective measures were put in place such as daily inspections of the working area and cleaning of vents, ducts and filters during and after works were completed.
