Feethams is anchored by a nine-screen Vue multiplex cinema and an eighty bedroom Premier Inn hotel.
The development also includes a number of restaurants and bars on the ground floor, outdoor terraces and podium levels, including Nandos, Prezzo, Bella Italia and Hungry Horse.
Construction also included highways works adjacent to the site, service yard construction, associated infrastructure and improved landscaping on the river side.
There are approximately six hundred surface car parking spaces available adjacent to the scheme and a further eighty spaces on site at ground floor level.
We were also responsible for the full fit out of the hotel and partial fit-out of the cinema.
Community EngagementDarlington College
Three electrician students from Darlington College were offered employment on-site following a work experience placement organised with the local college. This success of the work experience placements resulted in further opportunities for a number of the college’s plastering students.
