Feature of ProjectValue Engineering

The project was procured through a stage 2 approach. We were able to add significant value to the project through the second stage tender period, by working collaboratively with the client, design team and our supply chain. We were able to reduce the tender costs through alternative design solutions for cut and fill, sustainable design and frame design.
