Darroch House is a three-storey Grade C listed building.

Works involve re-slating of the roof, replacement of roof leadworks, remedial works to existing windows, external stone façade wall cleaning and pointing.

As well as, general architectural / builderswork downtakings, structural alterations, and full internal refurbishment including new M&E installations throughout.

Construction of a new internal fire escape stair, single-storey main entrance / lobby, and passenger lift.

Works to relocate / divert existing services, upgrade works to existing drainage, remedial works to boundary wall, and hard landscaping are also included.

This project is being delivered as part of the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) Framework Construction Works & Associated Services.
