Strip-out of an existing three-storey Grade B listed office building, and the construction and fit-out of a new open plan layout which involved significant structural alterations.
Our specialist joinery workshop supplied the doors, frames, internal screens, skirtings, architraves, and reception desk for the fit-out works.
The existing oak beams were cleaned, preserved and restored to their original condition.
All works were carried out in a busy, restrictive Belfast City Centre location.
