Construction of 3.7km of wide single carriageway with 2+1 cross section and 1.7km of side road realignments.
Works involved extensive earthworks and construction of an insitu reinforced concrete underbridge.
The majority of works were completed offline with partial realignment and overlaying of the existing road pavement.
Significant elements of the local road network were retained to maintain local access.
