Construction of a new 2.5km link road to the North East of Enniskillen, relieving traffic congestion in the town centre.
The road was constructed on very poor ground, with the works programmed around archaeological excavations of an iron age crannog, thought to be the most significant archaeological find in Ireland for fifty years.
