Design & build two new five-storey office buildings, totaling circa 298,000sqft.
Toilets, reception and core areas were fully fitted out to CAT B, with the office spaces furnished to CAT A standard.
Works also included two car park structures providing 722 spaces, cycle storage, and hard and soft landscaping.
The buildings were constructed with clear span post-tensioned concrete frame superstructure on piled foundations, and clad with terracotta tiles and curtain walling.
