Construction of a new 155,000sqft nine-storey Grade A office building with a basement level on a brownfield site within Glasgow's financial district.
The new facility also offers a gym and a restaurant.
Community EngagementConsiderate Constructor’s Scheme
The site undertook various activities, led by our CCS Ambassador, to impact positively on the area and the surrounding community. Activities included a site visit by local Anderston Primary School, including a talk about building sites, a site tour, talking with the tower crane driver via two-way radios and a Q&A session. As well as, a site visits for local apprentices from another building site and Civil Engineering students from the University of Strathclyde.
