Works begin on the new University of Edinburgh School of Engineering building

17.10.23

Situated at the heart of the university's King’s Buildings Campus, once completed, the new School of Engineering building will deliver facilities that will support experiential learning and active research into renewable energy systems.

The project will cost around £52 million and is scheduled for occupation in Spring 2026. It will embrace low carbon technology in its material choices and construction methods.

Last year we completed works on the Nucleus Building at the Campus and we’re delighted to be back working there on this project for the University of Edinburgh.
