We are delighted to have partnered as an ‘engaged organisation’ with Responsible Plastics Management who are based in Portrush.
The RPM Program is a not-for-profit social enterprise and membership organisation set-up to tackle the plastic pollution crisis. At McLaughlin & Harvey, we are committed to measuring, controlling and reducing our single use and problem plastic, ultimately contributing to our environmental, social and governance (ESG) performance.
Within our organisation, we have set up a Plastics Management Group which will examine every aspect of plastic use within the business and our supply chain, and introduce measures to minimise our use of plastics.
John Logan, Group Environmental Manager, commented, "This commitment endorses our wider sustainability objectives and our intention to tackle environmental impacts across our business operations. We are delighted to partner RPM in this initiative, and would encourage other industry peers to join the fight.”
